Sigaba’s team of highly skilled and responsive in-house technical support representatives and engineers are available to assist you with your service requirements and your product and technical questions about the installation, operation and key features of Sigaba Secure Email, Secure Statements, Secure IM and Secure Messaging for Mobile Devices products. Support is available via telephone, email and access to Sigaba’s online support center.

SUPPORT CENTER LOGIN

Access a complete set of online support services from our Customer Support Center, a secure website available to all customers 24 hours a day. This site features FAQs, documentation, software releases and patches and online support request forms. If you’re a Sigaba customer and you’ve received your Customer Support user name and password, you can enter that information now to log in.

If you are a Sigaba Enterprise customer and have not received your Support Center account name and password, or you have lost it, please contact Customer Support to request your account information. If you are not an Enterprise customer and you have received a Sigaba SendAnywhere or SigabaSecure encrypted message, please contact the sending organization for any needed assistance.
