Sigaba Vault is a strong "pull" technology, where recipients are directed to a secure web-based email inbox, like Yahoo or Hotmail, to view their secure messages. Our embeddable database enables integration directly into existing portals.

Vault Mobile is Vault's secure "web mail" application targeted for mobile devices. This solution is currently supported on Windows Mobile 5.0 and Black Berry 4.0.

Vault mobile enables users to login to Vault (without the need for a VPN connection) in order to read, reply, forward or compose secure messages.

HOW IT WORKS

Using Sigaba Vault Mobile (Pull) for Secure Electronic Document Delivery
An email is drafted and sent from the enterprise in the usual, everyday fashion. Upon traversing the Sigaba Gateway, the message (according to policies) is encrypted and placed into the Sigaba Vault. In lieu of the original message, the Gateway sends a branded clear-text message to the recipient's enterprise inbox that includes a URL to the Sigaba Vault authentication page. Upon successful authentication after initial registration, the recipient is presented with their online inbox and messages. As the recipient clicks on each link to a document, the message is decrypted and rendered in a web mail interface. The recipient may also securely reply to and securely forward these messages or compose within the sending domain. With SigabaVault, the recipient doesn't have limitations associated with mobile devices.
