SIGABA APPOINTS VICE PRESIDENT OF CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT

Neeraj Moondra Brings Extensive Business Development and Partnering Experience to Leading Security Software Company
San Mateo, CA - January 30, 2007 - Sigaba, the leading provider of security software and solutions, today announced the appointment of Neeraj Moondra as Vice President of Channel Development. In this role, Moondra will be responsible for expanding the adoption of Sigaba's Secure Messaging platform through managed service providers, system integrators and independent software vendors. He will lead the strategy and implementation for all channel efforts and report to Mike Perez, Sigaba's Senior Vice President of Sales.

Moondra has over 12 years of partner development, product marketing and product management experience in wireless technologies, mobile data applications, and enterprise software. Prior to joining Sigaba, Moondra held the position of Group Manager, Business Solutions at Sprint Nextel. In this role, he led a team responsible for managing Sprint Nextel's industry leading enterprise grade location based services and wireless data services. Before Sprint Nextel, Moondra was Sr. Director of Product at Ikimbo, Inc., where he defined the market requirements and led the development and quality assurance of the company's secure real-time messaging platform. Moondra served in other leadership positions including business development, product marketing and product management at Ericsson, Inc. and M/A-Com Wireless, a division of Tyco Electronics.
