SIGABA APPOINTS SOFTWARE VETERAN AS SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES

Mike Perez Brings Extensive Solution Selling Experience to Leading Security Software Infrastructure Company
San Mateo, CA - January 23, 2007 - Sigaba, the leading provider of security software infrastructure and solutions, today announced the appointment of Mike Perez as Senior Vice President of Sales. In this role, Perez will be responsible for the continued expansion of global sales and business development efforts to its Federal and Commercial customers. He will lead the planning and direction for all solution selling efforts and report to Troy Hartless, Sigaba's President and Chief Executive Officer.

Perez brings more than 12 years of enterprise technology sales expertise to the Sigaba executive management team. Prior to joining Sigaba, Perez held the position as US Public Sector Sales Director at Softchoice, Inc., where he led the company's first integrated sales and marketing program concentrating on the government market. He also headed the company's US government operations, focusing on the management of sales and marketing. Prior to Softchoice, Perez was Executive Vice President of a privately held IT-based solutions company, which specialized in disaster recovery and managed services.
