TROY HARTLESS

President and CEO
Mr. Hartless brings a wealth of sales and management experience in security, networking, and enterprise software. Prior to joining Sigaba, Mr. Hartless held the position of Vice President, Enterprise Solutions and Product Management at GTSI Corporation. Before GTSI, Mr. Hartless was Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Infodata Systems responsible for Global Sales, Marketing, and Consulting until McDonald Bradley acquired Infodata in 2005. During his tenure at Infodata, Mr. Hartless served in several executive management positions including Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and Vice President and General Manager of the Public Sector. Mr. Hartless served in other key executive positions prior to Infodata including Executive Vice President, Solutions Technology International, Senior Vice President, Operations at Ikimbo, Inc; and in various positions in marketing, product management and the international division, of a joint venture between Ericsson and General Electric. Mr. Hartless holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.

NORMAN WELSCH

Chief Financial Officer
Norman Welsch has more than twenty-five years of financial management experience with leading technology firms providing IT solutions to commercial and federal customers. Mr. Welsch's accomplishments include successful strategic leadership roles in buy and sell-side M&A; public, private and venture-backed equity transactions. His experience includes corporate CFO roles with Nasdaq and NYSE companies, including responsibility for all SEC, corporate governance, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Before joining Sigaba, Mr. Welsch was CFO of NextiraOne Federal, LLC, where he played a key role in the company's sale and post-merger integration with Black Box Corporation (Nasdaq: BBOX). Prior to NextiraOne Federal, Mr. Welsch served as CFO of Infodata Systems, Inc., where he was instrumental in the sale of the company in a public-to-private transaction. Prior to Infodata, Mr. Welsch served in various executive finance positions, including CFO of Objective Interface Systems, Inc.; CFO of Netrix Corporation; and, CFO of CBIS-Federal, Inc., a division of Cincinnati Bell. Mr. Welsch holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Benjamin Franklin University (now part of George Washington University) and is a CPA.

JAHAN MOREH

Chief Security Architect
Jahan Moreh brings over 25 years experience working in engineering and security technology. He works closely with Sigaba's internal development staff and external customers to implement practical security strategies in the company's product line. Prior to joining Sigaba, Mr. Moreh worked as a consultant with high profile clients in the areas of architecture, design, and implementation of secure systems for deployment on the Internet. He is co-holder of U.S. patents 6158007, 6584584, 6959336 and 7194547, all related to information security. Mr. Moreh has testified before the Social Security Administration commission on the issues regarding privacy protection of citizens in face of information availability on the Internet. He is a frequent speaker at major technology conferences and has published numerous papers and articles. In addition, Jahan Moreh is a senior member of the educational staff at the Department of Engineering and Information Science at University of California at Los Angeles, where he teaches classes in Distributed Systems Security. Jahan Moreh holds an MS degree in Computer Science from Polytechnic University of New York.

MIKE PEREZ

Senior Vice President of Sales
Mike Perez brings more than twelve years experience in computer and software sales and has worked extensively with both government and enterprise clients. Mr. Perez brings tremendous expertise in revenue generation via business development, sales, professional services, and has a strong commitment to finding customer-focused solutions. Prior to Sigaba, Mr. Perez held a position as US Public Sector Sales Director at Softchoice, Inc., where he led the company's first integrated sales and marketing program concentrated on the government market. He also headed the company's US government operations, focusing on the management of sales and marketing. Under his leadership, new buying account acquisition increased by 42%, revenue grew over 35% and government contract revenue sales increased over 300%. Prior to Softchoice, Inc., Mr. Perez was Executive Vice President of a privately held IT solution based company, which specialized in disaster recovery and managed services. As EVP, Perez grew the company from startup to sales exceeding $105M in annual revenue over the course of six years. Mr. Perez graduated with a B.A. in Political Science and Public Relations from the University of Washington.

LYALL VANATTA

Senior Vice President of Marketing
Lyall Vanatta currently serves as Senior Vice President of Marketing for Sigaba and is responsible for corporate marketing, product marketing, product management and quality assurance activities. He is responsible for developing, positioning, and promoting a comprehensive marketing strategy around Sigaba's security solutions in three key vertical markets - Government, Financial Services, and Healthcare. Prior to joining Sigaba, Mr. Vanatta served as Vice President of Marketing at Infodata Systems, Inc., where, as a member of the executive team, he helped lead the successful acquisition of Infodata Systems by McDonald Bradley, Inc. Mr. Vanatta brings over 25 years of public and private sector management and consulting experience, including strategic planning, business development, and market analysis. He has consulted extensively throughout the U.S. and Europe in direct support of various Department of Defense and Federal Civilian international-based programs. Lyall holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from George Mason University and received a Master of Business Administration degree in the Executive Program from George Washington University. He is also past president of the Executive MBA Alumni Association for George Washington University.

JOHN RIMELL

Vice President of Services
John Rimell has over 10 years in the IT consulting industry and is responsible for pre and post sales technical services for Sigaba bringing email security best-practice to our customers. Mr Rimell is also responsible for IT operations. Prior to joining Sigaba, Mr Rimell was at IBM Business Consulting Services (formerly PricewaterhouseCoopers) for 6 years in the information communication, document management, imaging and workflow groups and led many large scale custom IT implementation projects through their lifecycle across a wide variety of industries. Mr Rimell holds an MA in Computer Science from Cambridge University, England.

NEERAJ MOONDRA

Vice President of Product Management
As VP of Product Management, Neeraj Moondra oversees Sigaba’s product strategy, product life cycle management and quality assurance. Neeraj has over 12 years of product marketing, product management and partner development experience in networking technologies, mobile data applications, and messaging software. Prior to joining Sigaba, Neeraj held the position of Group Manager, Business Solutions at Sprint Nextel. In this role, he led a team responsible for managing Sprint Nextel’s location based services and wireless data services. Before Sprint Nextel, Neeraj was Sr. Director of Product at Ikimbo, Inc. During his tenure at Ikimbo, Neeraj oversaw the product development and quality assurance of Ikimbo’s secure collaboration and messaging platform. Neeraj has served in leadership positions including business development, product marketing and product management positions at Ericsson, Inc. and M/A-Com Wireless, a division of Tyco Electronics. Neeraj holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with highest honors from North Carolina State University.

JUN WANG

Vice President of Engineering
Jun Wang is responsible for Sigaba's Product Development. She has over 15 years of R&D and software development experience. Prior to Ms. Wang joining Sigaba, she was Principal Engineer at Collabria Inc. of San Mateo and later served as a consultant for Hewlett Packard. Ms. Wang was also senior scientist and developed an Electronic Patient Record System at Philips Medical Systems. She received a prestigious fellowship from St. Hilda's College at University of Oxford in England and was a visiting scholar in the Department of Materials. Jun Wang holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering focused on Medical Imaging compression from University California at Los Angeles and BS in Physics from Peking University, China.
